"Katia and Maurice" 1.2 x 92 Katia and Maurice Krafft were daring French Volcanologists, photographers and filmmakers. The couple dedicated their lives to each other and to bringing attention to the after effects of volcanic eruptions and how to minimise casualties by studying, capturing and documenting warning signs pushing boundaries of safety with their "extreme up close" practices they ultimately lost their lives together on Mt.
